1 Acceptance The Use Of JustDrinkCraft.com Terms and Conditions
Your access to and use of JustDrinkCraft.com is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.
2 Credit card details
JustDrinkCraft.com will never ask for Credit Card details and request that you do not enter it on any of the forms on JustDrinkCraft.com. All sales are handled securely by PayPal and their partners. Once any payment has been processed, we are only sent a notification related to your order.
3 Payments and fees
Unless otherwise stated, all fees and payments are quoted in U.S. Dollars. The User is responsible for paying all fees, payments and applicable taxes associated with our Site and Services. Payment of the total price plus delivery must be made in full before dispatch of your order.
4 Change of Use
JustDrinkCraft.com reserves the right to:
4.1 change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that JustDrinkCraft.com shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal and.

5 Order Fraud
Orders go through a statistical analysis using an order fraud protection program. If there’s an order that comes in that looks suspiciously like credit card fraud we will be notified and we reserve the option to cancel the order at our discretion.
6 Returns
It is your responsibility to confirm you are happy with the size of the shirt before confirming your order. We cannot refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Once you have clicked on the “confirm” button, it is not possible edit or cancel your order. If you want to change some parameters, your addresses, etc., please contact us as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis provided our printer has not gone ahead with the order.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If your product is damaged in the mail, please send photo verification of the damaged goods and we will send a replacement to you.

New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by you, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
7 Loss of shipment
It is the your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered.

Orders are placed and received exclusively via the Site. Before ordering from us, it is your responsibility to check and determine your full ability to receive the products. Correct address and post code/zip code, your up-to-date telephone number and e-mail address are absolutely necessary to ensure successful delivery of the products.
9 Delivery
Delivery prices are additional to the Product’s price and may vary depending on delivery location and/or sort of Products, and additional charges may be added to the order for remote or difficult to access locations that require special attention.Some sort of Products are packaged and shipped separately. We can not guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for Products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order are subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes. We try our best to make delivery of product as simple as possible.

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.
