Privately owned Steam Whistle Brewing acquires all of Beau’s shares after the two breweries started working together last year. Tim, 71, intends to retire while Steve and Jennifer Beauchesne have been appointed to the new subsidiary’s Board of Directors along with three directors to be named by Steam Whistle.
CEO Greg Taylor stated in an interview that consumers won’t be surprised by any changes.
