Shopping questions you may have

If I place an order, do I get placed on a mailing list?

Our system is set up to send you emails regarding information concerning your order. However, unless you check a checkbox to be part of our mailing list, you will not receive any other emails from us.

Should you opt-in to be part of our mailing list now or in the future, you may receive emails from time to time we think you will be interested in, such as new designs or special deals. We do not share any other details with anyone else outside of our trusted partners.

How do I know my credit card details will be kept private and secure?

Security is of paramount importance to us.  

We do not see, have access to, or store any credit card data on our servers.  All payment detail you submit is submitted directly to Stripe without it even passing through our servers.

We use Stripe, which specializes in payment processing as our payment gateway partner, the same partner that SkipTheDishes, Kickstarter, and many other businesses use to protect our customers and make your transaction seamless.  They have been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, Stripe uses the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.  Learn more about Stripe’s security practices here.

In addition, on JustDrinkCraft.com we use Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology to encrypt any details that are sent by transit. This is why you see a lock in the URL in your browser when you are processing your payment and all our pages are served through HTTPS.

Ordering issues you might have

What if I entered the wrong address or contact detail by mistake?

If you have entered the wrong address and our partner has already shipped your order, we can’t reimburse you for your mistake as we still have to pay for the order and the shipping to our suppliers.

If your address was entered in incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible – it might be possible to make that change if it is in time. 

What if I changed my mind after I placed the order?

Once you have clicked on the “confirm” button, it’s usually not possible to edit or cancel your order.  But please contact us as soon as possible in case there is a chance that the order has not been processed by our partners yet.

I placed an order, but I didn’t receive a notification or confirmation. Did the order go through?

Please check your spam or junk mailboxes for emails from JustDrinkCraft.com. If you don’t find it, you can always contact us, since we keep a copy of your order on file.

Apple Pay says my shipping address is invalid when it is valid

Frustrating! Unfortunately, this is an issue between Stripe and Apple Pay and the country you are in and we understand they are working on it, but that doesn’t help you right now. All we can suggest is to enter your shipping address manually or choose another payment method.

Apple Pay says I need to enter a card when I already have a card entered

This issue usually arises when you have a debit card entered into your Apple Pay account. Apple pay has restricted using debit cards with website transactions. Either add a credit card to your Apple Pay account or pay using a different payment method.

Shipping questions

Can you guarantee shipment times?

We can’t! We do our absolute best to make delivery simple and get you your product on time. However because we are dealing with printers and shippers that are not employed by us, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We will do our best to notify you of any known delays, however.

What if a shipment is damaged?

If your product is damaged in the mail, please send photo verification of the damaged goods and we will send a replacement to you. 

What if a shipment is lost?

Please file any claim with the carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered.

Now that many people are ordering online, carriers have started to take photos of the packages they have delivered to confirm shipment.

I am not in Canada or the US – do I have to pay duties?

Shipments outside of Canada or the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. This is set by the rules of the country you are in and not by us. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by you.

Returns

Can I return my shirt if it doesn’t fit?

Because we include specific sizes on our product pages, it is your responsibility to confirm you are happy with the size of the shirt before confirming your order.  

Because our products are made to order, we can’t return the shirt back to our supply partners. Unless you have been sent the incorrect shirt, we can’t return it to our printing partner for exchange.

Sadly, our shirt printer will not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

What if my product is damaged?

If your product is damaged in the mail, or there is an issue with the print quality or product (doesn’t happen often but no one is perfect!) please send photo verification of the damaged goods and we will send a replacement to you.

A logo is wrong for a listing (or other incorrect details) – can you fix it?

Please contact us through our form.

If you are a brewery, cidery, winery, or distillery, we could approve you for a user account giving you the freedom to manage the details, images, and video of your own listing at no cost.

Otherwise, please send through any corrections you might have and we will do our best to update the content as soon as we can.

Can I submit a listing to your directory?

Please contact us through our form. If you are a brewery, cidery, winery, or distillery, we could approve you for a user account giving you the freedom to manage the details, images, and video of your own listing at no cost.

If you want to submit a listing on behalf of another business or want to correct or update our data, please send us the details complete with your source.

The JustDrinkCraft.com editorial team approves all listings to ensure businesses are actually bogus businesses are actually breweries, cideries, wineries, or distilleries.

Can I submit a listing for a brewery, cidery, winery, or distillery if it is not in Ontario?

While our data is currently focused on Ontario customers, we are more than willing to include information for other locations.

Advertising with us

Can I place an ad on your site?

You can for a small fee if the ad is relevant to our customers, however, we do not provide any analytics at this time.

Can I ask that you publish my article, content or do an advertorial?

We will publish advertising content can for a small fee if the content is of good quality and relevant to our customers. However, we do not provide any analytics of our traffic or number of impressions of click-throughs at this time.

Content may be marked as an advertorial, and/or could be attributed to the source at our discretion.

Can you publish our press release?

If the content is deemed newsworthy and relevant to our audience by our editorial team, we will publish your press release at our discretion. Contact us through our form and a link back to your source so we can verify the content.

Please use our contact form on our About Us page to get in touch. We try to reply to any order communication or concerns as soon as possible (usually within the next business day).

Give us two business days to respond to other inquiries.

We don’t respond to all form submissions due to various automated spammers and some might not even make our inbox.

In the case, technology fails us at some point along the chain or we’ve missed your message because the internet trolls and get-rich-quick marketers are particularly busy that day, please contact us again. If you have a legit reason for contacting us, we don’t want to miss your message.
