Canadian Artisan Spirit of the Year is Ancient Grains from DEVINE Distillery. All spirits are judged blind. Judges were selected from across Canada for their knowledge and experience with spirits as well as their industry influence. Spirits are judged based on nose, palate, finish and quality.
Entries were accepted by independent small scale Canadian producers that uses its own techniques.
