We can’t estimate the time it takes to customize an order until we communicate with you about your needs and availability for approvals. Please overestimate the time you need and engage us directly.

Holiday periods are busy ones for everyone! Fulfillment and shipping times are always longer so please make sure to check back for our holiday order deadlines.
We are not sure how Covid-19 will affect this holiday season, but in past years it has been a good idea to plan to order before the beginning of December to ensure you get your package on time.
Custom Fees Notice
Shipments outside of Canada or the USA may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. This is outside of our control. We can not predict or estimate it. It’s best you look into your own countries regulations. We typically ship from Canada or the US, (but our fulfillment partner also has plants in Europe and Asia).
